Conway the Machine Taps Benny the Butcher, 38 Spesh for “LALO” Single
In Griselda we TRUST.
The last time Conway the Machine, Benny the Butcher and 38 Spesh got together, we were blessed with an absolute gem (“Never Seen A Man Cry” – which I recently included on my latest Shakedeck playlist). The trio have now reunited for a new joint off the upcoming Drumwork album.
A follow-up to “Elephant Man” (with Rome Streetz and B$F’s Heem), “LALO” finds La Machina, the Butcher and Spesh doing their thing over a beat by Graymatter.
Press play below and be on the lookout for Drumwork: The Album. Oh, there’s also a joint project from Conway and Spesh to look forward to, as well…
“Me and Conway got an album,” Spesh recently told Bootleg Kev. “The people gotta get ready for that. It’s done, I’m gonna follow up after Gunsmoke with that. The name of that album is called Special Machinery. Something serious, Special Machinery, we on there getting busy and sh*t, you know what I’m saying. I produced the whole joint, me and my guy Jimmy Dukes. He’s a producer from out of Buffalo, we produced the whole joint.”
As a bonus, Conway also teamed up with Hus Kingpin on a joint called “The Machine vs. Portishus.”
